Here&#8217;s a quick overview of some events\/giveaways that Newcastle&#8217;s <em>Nightline<\/em> representatives held across campus!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ae66aa998bdbd8afbcb189106c88b583 wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nightline<\/em> is a confidential, helpline service ran by students for students. The service enables students to speak anonymously to fellow students about any personal struggles or issues that might be keeping them up at night. Listening services are available between the hours of 8 pm-8 am for those who wish to speak to someone in person, and messaging services are open from 8 pm-2 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b8b819fcffe92a0207113d34c007fab3 wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nightline <\/em>Awareness Week was held this year between the 19th- 25th of November. Newcastle University&#8217;s <em>Nightline<\/em> service providers hosted a few exciting events and giveaways to make their contribution and to help raise awareness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-42277d8e557ca1f614b7a5644c395730\"><blockquote><p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-cyan-blue-color\"><em>&#8220;The aim of Nightline awareness week was to let more students know about the online instant message\/calling services that Nightline provide<\/em>&#8220;<\/mark><\/strong><\/p><cite>Social Media Representative for Nightline NCL<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cb1a9c99cfa4731814c5f2a3fdec6d15 wp-block-paragraph\">On Tuesday 21st, Newcastle&#8217;s <em>Nightline<\/em> held a &#8216;Grab a Slice of Positivity&#8217; event outside the Student Union to kick-start their awareness week.
