He is an introvert who is used to living alone. He is always unable to open his closed heart to others, and he is anxious and afraid to go out of his small world. He felt that only in this small world could he feel secure. But because of this, he missed many opportunities in school and life. Situations like Junru&#8217;s are not uncommon in today&#8217;s society. So, in the face of unknown challenges, how can young people properly cultivate a growth mindset? We caught up with psychologist Dr <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.bps.org.uk\/Psychologist-Search\/Register-of-Coaching-Psychologists\/Coach-Details?entityid=b3d10809-6f5a-eb11-a812-00224840f431\">Marilyn Aitkenhead<\/a> via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bps.org.uk\">The British Psychological Society<\/a>.
