However, these tasty foods often come with the downside of being high in oil and salt, making it easy for enthusiasts to fall into an unhealthy dietary comfort zone. Besides diet, exercise is also an important way to become healthy. Jiali Zhou from China combined both approaches and lost 50 kilograms in just two years.
