Hello and welcome to my page! I am Emily Coggins, a lover of all things fun and spontaneous (especially if there’s good music involved).\u00a0 I am currently a second year Journalism, Media & Culture student at Newcastle University from the charming city of Leeds, in West Yorkshire. With a passion for socialising, I intend to share the good, the bad and the ugly of my experiences that have happened since i’ve been living in the North. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a typical northern girl, I have some strong opinions on entertainment and nightlife. However, fashion, lifestyle and beauty are usually what I tend to indulge in, but i’m also a huge enthusiast for all things music, as far as my interests go. In my spare time I usually take far too many pictures, whether it\u2019s digitally or on film, but you can always count on me to capture every night out on the Toon to it\u2019s fullest potential x<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite my incredible ability to always manage to take it too far with my litre of Smirnoff and a bottle of Tesco squash, I am very passionate about raising a level of awareness on the different cultures that seemingly form whilst being a university student, especially up north.
