By comparison, in Rosedale Court, Wijayatilleke alleges that \u201ctwo new treadmills are the only new facility I\u2019m aware of since raising the prices\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abodus Student Living, the parent company of PGSV, did not respond to requests for comment on this price increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adamson said that \u201cthe University has no control\u201d over managed-partnership rent, \u201cthey are set by the individual company\u201d. However, their agreement with accommodation providers specifies that rent should be \u201cappropriately priced\u201d compared to the University\u2019s own rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But with University-owned accommodations seeing fee increases of their own, the ones at Portland Green are less distinctive.
