My name is Megan Davis, but I prefer to be called Meg. I am a nineteen-year-old Journalism student at Newcastle university and am in my second year. Newcastle has been a great city to live and study in so far, from fun and interesting nights out to peaceful walks around Tynemouth and Jesmond Dene, I have thoroughly enjoyed my university experience so far. I love to cook and bake and have a huge passion for baking cakes and cookies, especially when trying out new cookie flavours so obviously I have always watched and have been watching the Great British Bake Off. I also love the Harry Potter series and must watch them every year as soon as the leaves start to fall and the temperature drops (living down south I can Definity feel the cold up north).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Across my website I am hoping to reach like minded individuals who have a passion for food, creativity and a desire to try new things. My goal is to entertain and educate consumers and drive them to discover and try new restaurants, cafes and food markets to broaden their appetites. From Francescas half pizza, half pasta plate up to Starbeck fish and chips, to a very vast number of Greggs stores, Newcastle is open to many new possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My main goal from this website is for people to be intrigued in what they read, enough so for them to want to try the food places for themselves. I am planning to cover Newcastle\u2019s food market.
