Over the past 10 years, the number of people expressing stress, sadness, anxiety, anger or worry has been increasing&#8221;. \u2013 <em><a href=\"https:\/\/hdr.undp.org\/system\/files\/documents\/global-report-document\/hdr2023-24reporten.pdf\">2023\/2024 Human Development Report, United Nations Development Programme<\/a><\/em>. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/645770\/great-management-improve-mental-health.aspx\">Gallup survey data<\/a>, in 2023, 41% of respondents said they felt &#8220;very much stress&#8221; the day before. Nearly one-third of millennials report that, although support is available, they don\u2019t actually use it, indicating the need for a workplace culture that encourages participation and reduces stigma around mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#91979d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&#8220;Our company has really increased its focus on employee mental health over the past two years,&#8221; said<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"> an employee of Deloitte<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#91979d\" class=\"has-inline-color\">. &#8220;In addition to providing more welfare support, management has also begun to pay attention to creating a more inclusive and understanding work culture. But I think there is still room for improvement, such as making support measures more relevant to actual needs and eliminating employees&#8217; concerns about seeking help.&#8221;<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As companies pay more and more attention to the mental health of their employees, experts suggest that in addition to providing basic mental health support services, companies should also consider how to more effectively integrate these measures into daily work.<em><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#aab4bd\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><a href=\"http:\/\/en.sbm.shisu.edu.cn\/XuSihua_16622\/list.htm\"><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Xu Sihua<\/mark><\/a><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#aab4bd\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#8f9ba5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">pointed out: &#8220;It is not enough to simply provide mental health resources.
